ISLAND LIFE, Vol 2

Children know to jump in

Building castles playing games

Why are we waiting

Deepest blue depths scare

Even as we’re drawn to the

Frigid loneliness

We jump in the waves

And join the island’s dance

Our hearts lead the way

Beauty of this place

Stretches human soul to touch

God’s infinity

Whether a day or

Eighty years the island will

Always fill our hearts

Waves are new each day

New strokes against rock and sand

Gallery awaits

Just rest your eyes there

For a moment the sparkle

Beware the siren
